In my post Look Good, Feel Good, I wrote about how I help guests choose the right look. I’ve been a hair stylist for over 20 years – through experience and training – I know right away which hairstyle will suit my guest and compliment their facial features. But, I think it’s important for people to understand why a certain haircut will look good on them.
Over the next few weeks I will talk about some different faces shapes and which hairstyles will highlight the features and cover the flaws of each.
Square Faces: The length and width of your face are almost equal with a strong jawline/cheekbones and broad forehead.
A bob works great for a square face shape. Graduated layers, waves and center parts will also work to soften the angles of your face.
